Andrew McCarthy Talks New Documentary 'BRATS' On The Legendary Brat Pack | The View

McCarthy discusses reuniting with the group of young Hollywood stars who ruled the '80s movie scene in classics like Pretty in Pink and The Breakfast Club and were branded the Brat Pack in the new ABC News Studios documentary.

When I discovered my 80s favorites Pretty in Pink, Say Anything, Breakfast Club, etc. I didn't know anything about the name brat pack ...I just loved so much these movies!! They have tried but never been able to duplicate these movies

As kids, being a brat was great. We loved being the rebels back then.
I've been waiting for this documentary since I was in my 40s. I'm 60 now too.

I read his wonderful book, Brat. Such great reminiscences of a time that meant a lot to me. Andrew and I are contemporaries, and I grew up with his films. I'm glad for his success.
