1948 International LB Engine start after filling cylinder bore pits with JB Weld. The package says good for temperature excusions to 400 deg F. I know from experience that it will take a little bit more than that in compression which is the case in the bore.

I don't plan to work this very hard, and even if I did, the stresses are so low that chances of blowing out the fix are remote. I'm guessing that if I got the bore good and clean, it will hold.

Now, to find something usefull for this engine to do. I'm thinking of building a 36 inch buzz saw table for it. I have the jackshaft and blade.
