How to control one Shelly relay from another Shelly

Two Shelly Plus 1PM's connected in Zombie Mode.
The first relay uses a connected switch to control the relay output in the second Shelly through WiFi, without the cloud, a hub or the Shelly app. Just the internal web-server built into the individual relays.

I would think the only other trick would be to configure your router for static IP addresses or just reserve addresses for the Shelly's. Otherwise the script that uses IP's to find the other relay will get confused if your router changes addresses.

Here some resources:

Can a Shelly switch control a different Shelly relay?

-----------------

Yes, just using the built-in local software.

Background: Shelly relays can be sent http commands to switch them on and off. This is documented at:

Thanks, man! Is the switch set to edge configuration? If I turn on the light from the app, will flipping the physical switch turn it off, or do I need to flip it twice?

I also like Actions, formerly known as Webhooks.
It is even more convenient if you have as many Shelly Plus i4 (AC) or Shelly Plus i4 DC as you need.
Wiring for 3-way and 4-way switches (S₃ and S₄) can be omitted.
Useful when pipes are crushed and cannot be physically routed.
💗👍🏻
