Cathy, I just tried Old Navy. Purchased a jewel toned 100° cotton flannel shirt, on sale. It's been years since I found a nicely weighted, cotton flannel shirt. I am also losing weight. Got an XXL, had to exchange for an XL. But I don't know ship rates to Canada.🕊
