Amazing they filmed this at Sundance Mt. I manned South Baldy summer of 85. Sundance is an idaho state tower not forest circus tower. manning a tower there is no drama, long sleepy days and some chores now and then.

For a second, I thought this was the sequel to Angelina Jolie's Those Who Wish Me Dead. Movie looks interesting. Will keep an eye out.

So the plot of the movie is the protagonist was abused, has PTSD and hallucinations, can't split wood or do most other survival things, and the fire lookout people were like, "Yeah, let's put her in a tower for three months by herself and yell at her every time she tries to leave."

Having spent time in a lookout (as a guest, not ranger), they are beautiful, quiet, and can test one's boredom. But this film never the less looks quite interesting because of the lead character.
