Let's acknowledge the GREAT JOB your friend the CARPENTER did in doing all the work in putting up the ship-lap for you.. (the prep, measuring, sawing, trimming/cutting out around sockets/beading/the arch/etc, lining-up, leveling, & applying the ship-lap.) He did a fantastic job for you & it looks lovely. 👏🏽👏🏿👏🏼
I think it's really important to give credit where credit is due & to acknowledge the work others do for us, especially that of skilled, local, independent workers, like your carpenter.. 👍🏽This is especially so during the Pandemic, when SO many workers have & continue to struggle financially, many have lost their jobs, & their businesses, & even their homes.. not to mention the health risks of those key-workers working during the Pandemic. 👏🏽👏🏿👏🏼
Here in the UK people have been encouraged to support small, independent, local businesses & shops, to help them keep going during these difficult times. This includes helping to promote local, independent, small businesses in our areas through online reviews (on Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc..) as another way to help them try to keep going & to rebuild up their business, as they don't have the same resources like the big chainstores & multi-national companies.
Perhaps you could acknowledge & help promote your carpenter friend & his business for him, & put a link to him in your write-up for this video? (& maybe, also to all the small, independent, local places you buy much of your home decor from in your other videos too? A great way to show support to the local, independent, small business & crafters that you support & buy from. Just a thought..👍🏽)

The wall looks great. In the future if you decide to do another wall, to reduce having to run back and forth so many times with the roller you can use a hair dryer to aid in the bonding process of the adhesive backing to the wall. Also if there are any area's that require a fine trimming you could use a dremel.
