I'd have to say no. Calling someone an idiot or stupid doesn't hold the same weight as the R word, because the former does not have the same history of putting down DD/ID people the latter has. You can argue that the "new" words could become an issue later down the line, but I honestly don't see a world where those words become *specifically* targeted toward those communities because of how common they are in every day speech.
