Just gorgeous! It is so heartening to see someone who takes such a pride in his work. The back of the piece was finished, the small fingerprint removed. You would, and indeed should, be proud to put your name to your work. I am looking forward to your next vlog. I am glad that you show a representation of the sanding, staining etc as some vloggers show sanding etc until I feel like putting the kettle on and coming back to see if they have moved on. The "White Stain" seems more like a WASH to me. The Handles are BEAUTIFUL!!!! WELL DONE!!!!

How could you not love Daisy, while I'm always impressed by your skill and artistry I think you're so lucky to have a wonderful friend, I'd have preferred a bit darker finish to show off the woodgrain, just my personal preference.

Very lucky find. I think using a clear coat and saving that beautiful Graining would’ve been much more appropriate for that piece

Every time I think of oak antiques I think of all my mothers dark, heavy Victorian oak pieces that she brought from England when we moved to western Canada. I love this white stain, it makes the oak look beautiful and not so heavy.

Clean, fresh and modern colour....yet allows the grain to show. The handles look so much nicer on the pale colour.

W O W, David!! What a STUNNING transformation. Love love love the white stain (was not expecting it). And that piece in all solid quartersawn, WOW. Especially since often the tops are a less expensive wood with veneer. Really love the way you repaired the bug holes with leftover detail from another piece, it looks like it was made that way.
