Actually, they are pretty even if only a couple ticks apart in favor of the gt. The gt has a slight power to weight advantage only a couple of ticks faster.

I have a gen 2 coyote with built bottom end. Hellion twin turbo 64s pushing 1200hp on e85. I daily it still and drive around on 600hp map. I do not waste my gas on anything mopar and trust me I’m in south Florida where everyone is driving a hellboat or scatboat. I switch maps when I see vettes or plaids 😂. Moral of the story is do not buy anything heavy and slow.

Most likely you were either racing an RT or you have a tuned S197....Stock for stock there is no way a14 Stang is gonna stay even with a Scat.

Gotta admit not bad for a four-door family car though. If I was gone for Pure quickness you had to go with the Mustang but if you have a family to turn around and take on trips you can't beat a charger Scat Pack
