What I noticed as a spectator, is it gives you perspective on how amazingly fast those Pro stocks and whatever higher-end huge horsepower muscle cars run. I'm sure it's a blast at the wheel in competition at the level we were just watching.

Pretty high times for a 5.0. The gearing in the dodge helps it out a lot, it doesn't matter that they're heavy. The new dodge line up is finally able to give both the Camaro and mustang a run for their money

No one seems to realize you don’t need a 5-10 second burnout for street tires lol, a good 2-3 seconds at most to clear the debris and just get a little heat in them, lots of street tires launch better cold.

This is a great comparison. Either vehicle can be purchased or leased for nearly the same, depending on options, allowing the consumer to basically choose between a 2 or 4dr performance oriented vehicle.

Thx for posting everyday drivers at the track having fun. Fwiw my ecoboost beat my buddies srt at the track. 13.5 to 13.6 both on street tires. The srt was a M6 and the stang was a A10.
