Lexus LBX (Prototype)

On June 5th, Lexus premiered the all-new LBX. Presented to media at an event in Milan, Italy, by Chief Branding Officer Simon Humphries and Lexus President Takashi Watanabe, the new model will be introduced to Europe, Japan and selected markets worldwide from Q4 2023.

Fantastic!.. For my liking, The traditional grill in the entire lexus range becomes a bit outdated, I think that the front and the grill should be updated same as it has been done in the RX and now, in the In the case BEVs, with the closed grill as in the Rz to improve the Cx (Aerodynamic Coefficient), because in a véhicule traveling at 100km/h, 2/3 of the energy consumption is due to air resistance.
For example, the UX 300e is clearly an electrified version forced by the sanctions for Co2 emissions... It doesn't need such a big grill because there is nothing to cool in the upper part and loses in aerodynamic efficiency...

Thats a nice looking crossover tho mix with yaris cross and cx-3 I hope that price of that LBX will be affordable than Bmw X1

very nice design, I wish toyota would build it owns sport cars like Lexus does. They should build a factory in Japan and start building all their sport cars out of Japan for Lexus and Toyota. Honda has factory for sport cars. Supra and GR did not need to be join ventures. Start building your own sport cars, push the limits of innovation.
