I have to be on Hydrocodiene for chronic pain. It's the only med that keeps me alive. I don't abuse it or take more then prescribed.

The pharma companies need to change for sure. Dr's need to change how they practice medicine. Dr's need to be more functional but then that means telling people not to eat foods they enjoy. It's the breads and sugars and sida that's killing out bodies. That includes alcohol
