Speaking in Washington on Monday,... Kang Kyung-wha said Seoul and Washington's alliance cannot be overemphasized as North Korea's foreign minister Ri Yong-ho has accused President Trump of declaring war on Pyongyang.
She added that war on the Korean peninsula is unacceptable.
During her stay in Washington,... Minister Kang plans to meet with U.S. government officials and lawmakers to coordinate responses to Pyongyang's threats and prepare for President Trump's visit to Seoul in November.
