I liked the book but I thought aspects of it was very corny, especially the end speech. It felt like a Bill Clinton fantasy novel.

I listened to it on audible as well. I really enjoyed Dennis Quaid as one of readers. It kept me engaged and guessing what would happen until the end.

I listened to the book via audible too & agree totally, the narrators & music really added to the atmosphere. I hadn’t read a James Patterson novel for a long time but I hope that the good reviews lead to a serial about President Jonathan Duncan.

There is something that really bothers me about this book, we never read anything about how the media, security agencies or the entire nation reacted to the president being missing or any attemp to locate him.

Hmm hmm hmm.... I’ve heard mixed reviews on this book in particular, and having nothing to do with politics actually. More the writing style. However you’ve got my wheels turning. 💚💚💚💚💚 oh God no! maybe if I found it in a dumpster or in Goodwill for a dollar I would pick it up and read it but I don't like James Patterson at all

i liked this book too, but you can definitely tell which parts Bill Clinton wrote but i was SHOOK! at who the bad guy was in the end, i did not see that coming at all.

I enjoyed it on Audible and my puppy seemed to enjoy it also he enjoys auto-books ——I was also sad that it was over
