My school did Suessical and I was part of stage crew. My best friend got the part of Jo Jo even though she is a girl and killed it! Everyone was talking about “The one who played Jo Jo” And this was big for her since it was her first time doing a play and she’s very shy so to her having people talk about you in a good way is ice!

As a father of a 13 year old girl who was in her middle school production of Seussical Jr this month, I have a much better appreciation for ensuring the arts are funded and part of our children's education here in the US.

When we did this musical this year alone in the universe was my all time fave song even though I was a bird girl
