For Nearest hundreds we should use (-10) ...
For Nearest Thousands we should use (-100) ....
As per example with coding
Example :- ....
SQL>Select Round #for tens (155.56, -1);
:-160
SQL>Select Round #for hundreds

SQL>Select Round. #for thousands
(155.55, -100);

nearest tens query :
select round(157.7, -1);
o/p : 160

nearest tens query :
select round(559.6, -2);
o/p : 600

nearest tens query :
