Hi, I really liked this video and it helped me understand more about speed time graph, But I have a question.
For the last question of the speed time graph you were explaining, the Equation you then wrote for the triangle after the rectangle was 1/2 x 10 x 20. I know that the object is accelerating at the start of 10 to 30m/s, But why do we have to find the difference between 10 and 30? Can't we just do it with 30?

May I know why the area of the triangle is the distance? Why we could not just using time * speed? Why we should divided by 2?
