but cor blimey beetroot powder seems pricey per serve ($2-6 here in NZ)
It seems 30g of canned would give 400mg of Nitrate, similar to what is in a Shot or Powder serve
but would cost a mere 20-30c

You didn't really look into the literature on massage for sports recovery, which in my opinion seems lacking. It seems like it helps with doms, but that's about it? Would love for you to check up on the literature to see if my conclusions are accurate

9.9999/10 -> a good variety of non-processed food(fruits, vegetables, nuts, whole grains) and enough water
