JavaFX Ms. Pac-Man (Tengen): Playing in 2D and 3D

A bit of game play in the Tengen Ms. Pac-Man clone, switching between 2D and the new 3D view.

You can play each level in one of the following view modes:
- 2D with scrolling (as in NES original game, Tengen Ms. Pac-Man only)
- 2D scaled to fit window
- 3D with 4 different camera perspectives
- Fullscreen mode

These modes can be switched while playing, either using the context-menu (right-click menu) or using keyboard shortcuts:

- Alt+3 switches between 2D and 3D view
- Alt+LEFT, Alt+RIGHT selects previous/next 3D perspective
- Alt+C switches between scrolling and scaled 2D mode
- F11 enters fullscreen mode, "Escape" exits fullscreen mode
