As someone who actually has Borderline personality disorder I can tell that this song fits very well with the disorder. The impulsivity, being on the "Borderline" and especially the line "I'm too afraid to leave" cuz borderlines have a serious fear of abandonment

Two people I love have BPD along with a handful of other conditions, so this song really resonates with me and helps me understand a little better of what theyre dealing with on a daily basis. I know not every persons experiences are the same, but the analogies you made here are striking and tangible.
