I have always enjoyed Glens articles in Unique Cars mag. While his choice of vehicles may be different to mine he is knowledgeable & entertaining.

they are my uncles old farm cars and trucks, I used to go there as a kid about 40 years ago, being a farmer my uncle just drove cheap old cars around the farm and on the gravel roads until they stopped then just parked them up in the paddock, it was a great place to hang out and explore as a kid. its still a great place to go check out if your into old cars and farm stuff . cheers ian

Hello from the states. I recently spent a month exploring Australia. Saw many potential projects.

I see the car that had “flower power” written down the side was a Valiant Regal and it brought back memories

back in 1989 a mate of mine at uni had one that needed a paint job so we took all the badges off painted it white and the job turned out pretty good for a couple of DIYers

when we got to the rear quarter panels we realised the word “Regal” is “Larger” spelt backwards so we rearranged the badges to say “larger”

That got afew double takes at the traffic

I think I’d rather have a “valiant lager” than a “valiant flower power” what do you reckon..?

Haven't seen one of those old colts for 25 years LOL. There was a little bit of steel there that should never see the crusher....

If you re-arrange that Valiant regal lettering you can be driving a "lager"

Most of these cars are to far gone . They should be left alone to Rust In Peace.
