The problem is Romania is tired of their country being known as a haven for would be traffickers. He is putting a negative spotlight on them. It must suck having all that and it being constantly taken away and getting arrested on the regular. He wanted to be the most googled man on the planet so he gets all the smoke that goes with it.

This is probably the least surprising thing I heard today.

2½ years ago was the first raid.
Almost 9 months later initial arrest w\o formally charging.
4 months in jail while they investigate and seize all cash, real estate properties, vehicles, jewelry, gold. (What rape evidence can you get from all that, how can you hire lawyer w\o funds). Released to home arrest, no charges filed yet.
2 months later initial charges filed, then appeals home detention- allowed to travel within province- must ask permission to go outside province but cannot leave the country.
5 months later successfully retrieve seized assets. At this point it's now 21 months after initial raid \ 13 months after arrest & no trial date set- and the entire time they've blanketed Euro newspapers with ads seeking victims wanting to step forward.
2 months later another arrest on new charges.
3 months later most recent arrest on new charges- still no trial date set- next month will officially mark 2½ years from initial home raid.

Irregardless your opinion, how would you like to be in limbo 2½ years, under arrest or confined to home area ~21 months, ~1 year without any money or assets, no trial date set yet.
Any regular Joe would likely be jobless/ unhired/ bankrupt/ homeless/ crazy/ suicided/ killed in prison by now.

I don't understand how he was released the first time. There is more than enough evidence of his crimes. And he's straight up admitted and bragged about the stuff he did, and even made videos detailing how he did it so that his followers can do the same.

As a romanian I must say. We hope Tate makes money and continues to be shady. That way we can just sweep in and take all he has and maybe pay a bit of our debt. Now on a more serious note, if he is found not guilty again and is let out of prison AGAIN, this will just become a stupid joke and a money glitch for the Romanian government.

ABBA and Preach I think is their youtube name, did an update on this. The brothers snitch on themselves way more than a few times. I wouldn't be surprised if Sneako isn't right behind them with what he's been preaching

I don’t think their father would be proud. I think he would be pissed. Emory Tate was selfless and served my country, Andrew Tate is selfish and serves himself.
