Andrew Tate and brother detained in Romania over UK arrest warrant

Social media influencer Andrew Tate and his brother were detained for 24 hours in Romania on Monday night over an arrest warrant issued by British authorities, a representative for the Tate brothers said.

Tate and his brother Tristan were detained on allegations of sexual aggression dating back to 2012-15, which they "categorically" deny, his PR team said. The warrant was issued by Westminster Magistrates Court.

Tate, who gained millions of fans by promoting an ultra-masculine lifestyle, was indicted in June in Romania along with his brother and two Romanian women for human trafficking, rape and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women.

The brothers can be extradited only after the conclusion of their separate trial in Romania on human trafficking charges, a judge ruled.

They have been released from custody.

So in legalize not sure that means much. Lawyers and judges very careful between words like can and will.
