Using LiDAR with GIS for ADA Site Assessments

ADA compliance is a big issue these days with many agencies struggling to find funding to address their compliance issues. This video looks at the use of scan data (LiDAR) for analyzing sidewalk slopes, curb ramps, and trip hazards to perform an accessibility survey for ADA compliance across an entire college campus. This video teaches tools for processing and georeferencing LiDAR point clouds, ArcGIS Pro tools, along with Field Maps with ArcGIS Online for collecting and reporting problem areas.
