Thank you so much! This video was so helpful, I hardly had to look at the directions in setting up my first game. We had this video and watched it (parts at least) several times whenever we had to clarify something during setup

Great work Rodney. I've read the rulebook a couple of times now and am in agreement with others that it isn't laid out particularly well. Your explanation of the setup made it seem much simpler and the rules are much less convoluted than the rulebook. I'm certain your video will make it more approachable for people to get into. We had this scenario in the Prologue: Two ships used in exploration. The flagship's hold is full of goods, the support ship has no goods in it. Following the exploration, the player was awarded a spice. Can he use the support hold or does he just not get the spice?

I think that's my last question from our Prologue play-through. Your answers will help us immensely as we progress through the game!

Thanks for all the clarifications! One quirky rule clarification: If your hold is full but you gain a good during an exploration, do you have the choice to take the good and throw out a good in your hold? Same question for raiding.
