How to Merge Two LinkedIn Accounts

Do you have two personal LinkedIn accounts?
Maybe you have an old corporate one that you can't log in to any more. In this video I will share how to merge two accounts, even if you don't have access to one of them.

I have my old acount that i want to keep/update. I have the login but the main mail and two backup mailacc. i cant acces,

Hi Louise, thanks for doing this video. However, when I go to Account Management, I only see 2 options: Hibernate account and Close account. Do you know if LinkedIn got rid of the Merge option recently?

Hi Louise - I viewed your YouTube video on how to merge LI accounts. But, when I look under Settings for either of my accounts, there ISN’T a ‘Merge accounts’ heading. There’s only ‘Hibernate account’ or ‘Close account’. What can I do? — Michael

Hello Louise: this is really helpful. I am in the situation where I had a LinkedIn account when I worked at a Uni but no longer work there, so I no longer have access to the email account. I also don’t have access to the secondary email account that I ‘think’ I set up on that account. How can I get access to the original LinkedIn account to merge it with a new account I’ve set up (using my personal email address this time!). Also, how do i merge all the data and connections from the old account onto the new account? Many thanks!

Hi Louise, would you please post the article on how to create a company page on LinkedIn. I have personal profile as a creative, and yet I also do sales and will be provided with a company email for sales. I'd like to know how I may keep my creative profile, but have a completely separate account strictly for using as a sales profile for work with that company. Any suggestions? Thanks so much.

Does merging LinkedIn accounts transfer skill badges from one account to another? Let's say if I earned Java skill badge in my secondary account but not in my primary account, and then I merged the accounts and closed my secondary account. Will the Java skill badge be transferred to my primary account in this case?

Hi, I have 2 linkedin account. Linkedin A and Linkedin B. In linkedin B, I manage one page. I was able to merge both A and B where B was deleted where the page is also there. How I can then manage that page after I merged my A and B account? I don't see it on my Linkedin A account. Please help.

I have tried many times to add a email address to my linkedin account but it shows unable to process your request. I can't even contact linkedin support because for that i need to add a email address. I have another mail id with linkedin account so if i try to merge them so will that email id get linked with my main linkedin account?

Great video. Thanks for doing it. It answered a few of my questions, but did not solve me problem. 10+ years ago I signed up for linkedin on my iphone and pay for it monthly via itunes. I have a premium job seeker subscription. I want to upgrade it to Sales Navigator Professional. I cannot figure out how to do it. On linkedin it says I need to do it on itunes. On itunes it does not give me the option to upgrade. Do you have any suggestions?
