This song should be our National Anthem.

My wife, Tasha, is Australian, born and bred New South Wales. Each time I play this, you can see how proud she is. Wish those of us here in the UK had such pride as we once had. Where has it gone?

I'm not even Australian and this is one of the most nostalgic songs I have heard. I remember singing this in primary... This is so beautiful.

To the thousands of your fellow Australians who answered the cry of anguish from my homeland on Sept 11, 2001 Thank You.To the families and mates of the 41 who never saw their homeland again.. Thank you will never be enough for they shed their blood in defense of MY home and family. My gratitude and my prayers go with them.

Sung and played so well, this should be our inclusive national anthem, sung by all Australians.

As a “whinging pomm”, This is one, if not the most inspirational songs I’ve ever heard.

I may not be an Australian but I love this. We all need to be proud of our roots and of our country, wherever that may be.

I'm from the United States. I heard this song for the first time, last week. I already know it, now; and I sing the whole song.

I am Albert Namatjira, I paint the ghostly gums. I am Clancy on his horse, Ned Kelly on the run. That’s the line that gets me. We can write our own histories just the same

This is the way to perform this patriotic song. The voice of the people. In Dutch: mooi.

The 11 people who downvoted this are schmucks.

This brought a tear to my eye, and I'm a friggin' Alaskan, so it's not like this is my song or anything...
