Joe Biden ‘disconnected from reality’ amid Afghanistan withdrawal criticism

President Joe Biden has a “long and inglorious history” of clumsily trying to empathise with people through the various tragedies he has been through, Newsweek senior editor-at-large Josh Hammer says.

Family members of US troops killed in Afghanistan have slammed the President for the United States’ botched withdrawal last year.

“He (Joe Biden) thinks that he is better at doing this than he is and ultimately just makes him that disconnected from reality,” he told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
