So If youve found this video then you probably had the same problem I did where you cant transfer your pokemon save files to your new OLED Switch. Well I will show you how to do so, and what you will need to get to transferred.

Thank you for this video! I've transferred my Pokémon games' save-data, downloaded the backup save-data for the rest of my games from the cloud, and reupdated all the software. Now, I'm right at home on my sweet new Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Edition Switch OLED. My home wi-fi network was quite sufficient to transfer my Pokémon games' save-data, though. I didn't need to use my phone, either. All the same, thank you.

Omg this helped so much, I was stuck for so long because it said my data was transferred and I was trying to transfer my game data’s, after watching this it worked. When it was connected to my router it doesn’t work but as soon as I used my hotspot it worked. I’m so glad I came across this. I’ve been trying to transfer for years now😮‍💨

Does the save data take up storage? I have a SDcard but I’m not going to put it into the new switch until I’ve done this process with each Pokémon game.

I'm so terrified after hearing multiple comments about them losing their sava data after transferring this way.. I just transferred my test shining pearl save and it went through perfectly but I'm so anxious of what might happen with my 5 main Pokemon games, especially Violet..

How do l send it if my old switch doesnt have the sale profile anymore? I lost my old profile on my switch as soon as l switched to my new oled but now the oled it’s missing my pokemon files

I'm gonna have to try my hotspot. I've been trying to get my old switch to find my new oled and it will not find it to transfer data at all. Was getting kind of pissed off about it because I have a ton of pokemon stuff that I don't want to lose.
