Buying commercial real estate isn’t like buying residential real estate. When you go a niche deeper and start investing in apartment complexes, self storage investments, and mixed-use commercial spaces, you’re required to have a bit more education than the average homebuyer. This can be a blessing and a curse, as most investors may solely stick to residential real estate while you can become an expert at your preferred type of commercial real estate.

Tyler Cauble knows this well. He’s been in the industry for almost a decade and has scaled his investment portfolio quickly thanks to educating himself, working with others in the field, and being open to opportunities. Tyler has had to learn through trial and error what does and doesn’t work when trying to get into commercial real estate investing.
