Quick n' Dirty: Setting the skin to 4 decks with 4 jogwheels in VDJ8.4/2020

You can still get the default skin to be in 4 deck mode with 4 jogwheels in VDJ 2020 if you like
It's currently kind of a 2 step process, but that will probably be streamlined at some point
