Great point. But people who battle knowledge verse knowledge usually come off as insecure to me. I personally believe the best leaders rely off wisdom, which is applied knowledge. Usually people who carry the most wisdom, are people who had to practice their knowledge in real life scenarios. Now I say that to say this. The most effective leaders are wise leaders, because they depend on others to accumulate more knowledge. And the way they do that is usually by stirring up others in the critical thinking space. A good leader wont tell you what to think. He will teach you how to think. I extract that example from Jesus. He never told anyone what to do. Instead he had a parable for every scenario or even negative remark. Which caused even the "smartest" scholars to doubt their own knowledge and seek understanding, and understanding is the beginning of all wisdom. Aweseome content.

That's one of the reasons why we have 50 states standing United (minus the politics) and Teamwork Makes the Dream Work. The smartest guy in the room knows how to delegate tasks to get the project working. You can have 30 guys with IQs ranging from 130 to 140 in 30 different fields, but if they don't know how to unite for a common purpose, it's wasted information💪😝🤘 besides NASA ran experiments and concluded that people are geniuses before entering grade School
