HP Elitebook 8570p Disassembly and fan cleaning Laptop repair

I have watched numerous videos and I am hopeful that this one provided the missing step. Not one of the other videos showed the removal of that little white screw. I just want to remove the cover to check that the cooling fan is properly connected. I recently purchased this same laptop refurbished, and the Windows system startup message tells me that the cooling fan is not working. If I can fix this problem, It would be so much easier than packing and mailing the laptop back to Amazon. Surprisingly, my gaming fan system has kept this laptop from overheating. I use a Piriform software called Speccy to make frequent temperature checks.
The video is well done, with no fingers blocking the view and no pushing of buttons that I can't see. I have also discovered a new music group. I had to mute the sound because I just kept getting lost in that sweet music and having to restart the video. LOL Well done and thank you!
