About the tune/album/artist...summary from Wikipedia:
Tusk is the twelfth studio album by British-American rock band Fleetwood Mac, released as a double album on 12 October 1979 in the United States and on 19 October 1979 in the United Kingdom by Warner Bros. Records. It is considered more experimental than their previous albums, partly as a consequence of Lindsey Buckingham's sparser songwriting arrangements and the influence of post-punk. The production costs were initially estimated to be about $1 million but many years later were revealed to be about $1.4 million (equivalent to $5.64 million in 2022), making it the most expensive rock album recorded to that date.

The band embarked on a nine-month tour to promote Tusk. They travelled extensively across the world. In Germany, they shared the bill with Bob Marley. On this world tour, the band recorded music for the Fleetwood Mac Live album, released in 1980.

Compared to 1977's Rumours, which sold ten million copies by February 1978, Tusk was regarded as a commercial failure by the label, selling four million copies. In 2013, NME ranked Tusk at number 445 in their list of "500 Greatest Albums of All Time". The album was also included in the book 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die. In 2000, it was voted number 853 in Colin Larkin's All Time Top 1000 Albums.

Tusk peaked at number four on the Billboard 200 in the United States and spent almost nine months on the chart. It was certified double platinum for shipping two million copies. It peaked at number one in the UK and achieved a platinum award for shipments in excess of 300,000 copies. The album gave the group two US top-10 hit singles, with the Buckingham-penned title track (US number eight/UK number six), and the Stevie Nicks composition "Sara" (US number seven/UK number 37).

Though the album sold four million copies worldwide, and earned a Grammy nomination in 1981 for its art design in the category "Best Album Package", the band's record label deemed the project a failure, laying the blame squarely with Buckingham (considering the comparatively huge sales of Rumours and the album's unprecedented recording expense). Fleetwood, however, blames the album's relative failure on the RKO radio chain playing the album in its entirety prior to release, thus allowing mass home recording.

[Lyrics]
Every night that goes between
I feel a little less
As you slowly go away from me
This is only another test
Every night you do not come
Your softness fades away
Did I ever really care that much?
Is there anything left to say?

Every hour of fear I spend
My body tries to cry
Living through each empty night
A deadly calm inside

I haven't felt this way I feel
Since many a years ago
But in those years are my lifetime's past
I did not deal with the road
And I did not deal with you I know
Though the love has always been
So I search to find an answer there
So I can truly win

Every hour of fear I spend
My body tries to cry
Living through each empty night
A deadly calm inside

So I try to say good-bye my friend
I'd like to leave you with something more
But never have been a blue calm sea
I have always been a storm

Always been a storm
Ooh, always been a storm
I have always been a storm

We were frail

She said
Every night he will break your heart
I should have known from the first
I'd be the broken hearted

I loved you from the start
Save us
And not all the prayers in the world
Could save us

Honestly I have to chime in with the others here and say you brought an all but forgotten song back on a platinum platter for us to enjoy. This has got to be Stevie' best song, but barely known. And the video frames this song so beautifully it brings tears to my eyes. Thank you for sharing this gem with us.

Exquisite. Anyone who's ever gone through the torment of a lost love feels this song and its lyrics deeply. I'm nearing 67 years of age. I have always been a storm. Most people would never get that, but then, they've never known me well enough to know what was beneath the placid surface. Blessings to you.

Bought Tusk the day after it was released in 1979, always thought this was the most memorable moving song on double album; Stevie Nicks vocals are so powerful and haunting. Thank you for the video

Great song. I'm not certain if it's the song that makes the video ethereal or the other way around....I don't really care, this has been put together in very, very nicely. Thank you

Welcome back, it’s been awhile but this was a great choice for a musical comeback. I’ve admired your sound for years, look forward to more classic rock, thank you!

Just noticed the release year on closing titles shows Tusk released in '78 instead of '79...at least I got the opening right! Damn...hate when that happens, ESPECIALLY when I thought I'd made sure it wouldn't. 😳

This is just #$%^@#%& OUTSTANDING! If ever I live in another life as a music mogul...you are my go to for video's . Where were you when MTV had music videos that were not even close to the productions you make...

I dunno, man. Is this your best work ever? Hard to argue against that. You took a Fleetwood Mac song I'm not even familiar with and made it into something great.
