For question 4, the vagus does general sensation/taste for epiglottis, not the posterior 1/3rd of tongue. Posterior 1/3 of tongue’s general sensation + taste are both handled by glossopharyngeal. Ant 2/3rd gen sense- trigeminal V3, taste- chorda tympani

Nice quiz - tongue innervation is confusing; #15 is very wrong - The optic nerve is in no way connected to any lobe of the brain; it ends at the optic tracts

Sorry but why the answer of question 7 is the trochlear? Rotating the eyeball toward the nose means rotating it medially right? Then it has to be the oculomotor as the trochlear supplies superior oplique muscle that turns the eyeball downward and laterally
