SOME OF THE MEALS WE ARE MAKING WITH THE FOOD BOUGHT TODAY-
Cheeseburgers topped with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, mustard, and mayo and served with mashed cauliflower
Greek yogurt bowls or Jars with coconut flakes, homemade granola, mango, and blueberries
Chia seed pudding with a few dark chocolate chips and blueberries
Mini Meatloaf Muffins with roasted green beans and a side salad (olive oil and lemon dressing

I love watching your videos and how you describe the ingredients. The interaction with your children is just wonderful and I wish more people would do the same. I shop at aldi's a couple times a month and do also check the ingredient list as well as the finds Aisle. I love the knock your socks off bread. I'm also loving the organic hearts of palm pasta they recently started having. The organic single origin fair trade coffee's are the cheapest around so been stocking up on those. The mini peppers with cream cheese sprinkled with some everything bagel seasoning is one of my go to snacks. Today I went to Aldi's and someone had put quarters in several carts inside the door for those who always forget the quarter. I thought that was awesome with a little sign that said pay it forward. It made my day.
