never rev a turbo and then shut the car off. well you ask why? well ill tell you. your turbo only pumps oil when your car is running . so when its now spinning for well idk cause u prob done that many times so your bearings r prob trashed cause u shut the car off right away. but a normal good turbo spins for along time like a fidget spinner . so next time let the car idle for 40 sec before u shut that car off. u should do it all the time

for everyone asking about the blow off valve. there are two kinds, ATMOSPHERIC and RECIRCULATING. when you use an atmospheric BOV you can change the angles and shit for better sound ( and atmospheric is better for the turbo(not in performance but maintenance)).  the Recirculating valves are what come stock and do not gove off that sound. because BOV are only $20-60 it is worth the buy!

is called turbo surge he is running just the BOV he is dumping the air to the atmosphere not back to the turbo thats why sounds like that

I mean look, every video of someone with a b.o.v. Someone is crying about the diverted valve... The people spend ass loads of cash for the mods, some go to shops and or have advise from someone who obviously knows what the fuck they are doing. And for some it's as simple as wanting the sound. Instead of sounding like a fucking troll, why doesn't someone find proof that the shit is wrong, and then post it, and or find proof that it don't matter, if the b.o.v. Well it wasnt totaly bolt -on but just only a bit of trimming and blabla take me about a complete day with my friend!

Was the ebay fmic direct bolt on? Or did you need to do cutting and what not? Oh and brand of the fmic would help too lol

you shoud have the diverter valve on... that way you wont lose any boost thats what I have on mine I got the HKS plus the stock DV our cars needs recirulation
