Hi sir firstly thank you for this helpful vedio, i want to share my experience with checking 555 timer ic so i have the same case and values of the 2nd ic but when i make the circuit the ic work perfectly so i want to say if you have an ic you need to check it with a circuit dont rely just to the multimeter cheching, best regard !

مقاومت بین پایه های ۱ و ۵ باید حدود ۱۰ کیلو اهم و مقاومت بین پایه های ۵ و ۸ باید حدود ۵ کیلو اهم باشد.

Thanks for the video. But why, the values ​​of IC number 3 makes it damaged. For IC number 2 I understand that it is damaged because there is a reading which did not give a value. Thank you for answering my question.
