HOW TO DO THE STEP OVER TURN

This drill is a great way to work on your change of direction with the ball. It is very important to be comfortable cutting the ball with both the inside and outside of the foot. This drill forces you to learn how to dribble in very tight spaces.

Focus on your explosiveness. It is very important to change speed as you change direction. This makes you very difficult to defend. Have fun!
