I'm very intereseted how the willow is growing? Could you compare it with previous plantation with covering ground with fleece?

Willow Trees for the wet? They don't produce much, or do they?

OMG, at 4:35 I nearly died. That's how I keep my notes, as well. Everyone around me is always giving me hell for it. Now I can say, "See, Richard Perkins does it too."

Richard,
can you give more info about Salix.
you just stick it to the ground and how often do you water them so the roots starts?
what is the plan there, to get the willow hedge? for harvesting or what?
thanks

Mmm... butter and herbs on a fresh chicken. Isn't that what it is all about?

Richard; At the risk of kicking-off a political shit-storm... can you explain what funding farmers get from government (European Union). What subsidies are necessary to produce food and keep the countryside viable?

I appreciate that You are always open about the *business* of sustainability
