Noah huge tip on the plastic for protection on hummingbirds I left it on and wen it got hot in Florida it scarred my screens with blue tint hues.. from the glue on plastics with my black cover Peel it off asap it never came off my screen

Congrats on the new boat! I don't know who got under your skin about pond fishing but just let it go. Pond, river, lake, Boat, kayak or intertube, it doesn't matter. Fishing is fishing and its about having fun, catching fish and making memories. I'm happy doing any of them and could care less about who says what. Your still young though but when you get older that stuff won't bother you. Tight lines, hope you catch a bunch on the new boat.

Nice! I just purchased my first fiberglass boat 2 weeks ago and I'm pretty excited about it. I definitely couldn't afford a new one so I bought a 1999 Skeeter ZX185C with a 175 Yamaha VMAX (maxed out for this boat) . It has a new powerhead (less than 50 hours), lower unit, seats, and carpet. I've had to put a little money into it (new bilge, cranking battery and rebuild the power steering). Today I finished buffing it and replaced all the shocks so the compartments stay up. Overall it's pretty much a new boat for a tenth of the price.

If you have to put that much into casting .. upgrade your reels . Be nice to your reels , get rid of them ! Upgrade . New boat, new reels . Reels that can handle distance. Lookin that fresh & clean, there is a new reel sponsorship in your future . You guys got it going on ! Go bang em out

Get you some protective glass to go over your screens on your graphs. I just busted mine with a punching rig last month. So now they have that safety glass like you can put on your phone for the graphs, they just stick on over the screen. That way if anything was to crack the screen it just cracks the outer protective screen instead and you can easily peel it off and replace it.
