The US president, Donald Trump, sidestepped a question at the Oval Office on Friday about whether he considered the Russian president, Vladimir Putin, to be a dictator after Trump called Volodymyr Zelenskyy one last week. Trump was taking questions from reporters when the issue was raised, and he stated that he wanted to 'stop the killing' and secure a ceasefire deal
