in general, not just on youtube...most people hate on people like sarah because they cant come close to her dedication and drive to do something. Even where i work i here of someone doing good things or movin up and most everyone makes excuses on why it wasnt them and that that person was an ass kisser rather than saying that person worked real hard, these people are usually fat and lazy, they both work together

@TheGazzaful you're right. 90% of men i know cant do a pullup, so this is really commendable.

You need a bigger ROM (upper chest to bar), use shoulder width pullup. And no wide grip pullups don't increase Lat activation (EMG test confirm it), you only take the arms out of the movement and create worse leverages, but still this is strong as many women can't even do a single pullup.

@ernestezekiel The Arms specifically the brachialis, To engage the Lats more effectively use a close grip V handle, Parallel Grip. or underhand grip.

Forgot to add wide grip pullups are still valuable since your train shoulder abduction.

Her reps are fine. Her frame is too small for the apparatus. Making her grip too far apart. This is bad for her shoulders, especially with the extra weight.

Body weight generally increases more quickly than strength. A smaller lifter is always going to be pound-for-pound stronger than a heavier one. That doesn't mean the heavier one is weak.

For instance Derek Poundstone weighs 340#. Just because I can do twice as many pulls them him weigh 145# less doesn't mean I'm stronger than him.

Wow this woman is a boss! She did them right no kipping lol wow she is strong thumbs up! I bought me those pullup bars u hang on ur door lol I'm a fluffy guy trying to improve on my pullups (5'4 200lbs)
