Besides the tickling part, this honestly shows shredder as a more primal, animalistic force of nature then a cold, calculating human we typically see of him

Goddamn both the shredder and the krang in this series really make other tmnt villains look like small fries in terms of power and fighting capability. Well except maybe 2003 villains

I wanted more Hoon Lee moments. There were these two shots that made him look like a black and white anime-ish monster and one that made him look like one animated by Chuck Jones. It was also absolutely chilling when he confronted Karai saying, "No more running, child." 🥶

Honestly, this is probably the most intimidating appearance Shredder has ever had. AND I LOVE IT!

I love how they establish that just on pure instinct he’s near unstoppable (aside from the tickle) but the moment his soul returns he completely demolished all of the turtles mystic weapons and it essentially took all the turtles and splinter in there super forms + karai in April’s body and the souls of an entire army of mystic warriors to put him down in the end after the last time he was taken down by a tickle

Honestly this shredder seems less intelligent than his other versions but he has definitely done more to earn his namesake and I love seeing him rampage
