According to my family, I'm descended from a great warrior chief of my native roots. My grandmother, who was native and passed away a few years ago, spoke of someone named Moon Wolf and what he did in the War of 1812 for the Canadian side. I don't know if everything she told me was true, but it was a nice story to hear. I only hope that I am related to someone so brave and honored among our people. In a way, this music helps me reconnect to Mother Earth and feel her embrace as I drift to sleep. Thanks for posting this.

I am an old white man of 76 years, i know how the native american Indian was so miss treated and how his heritage was taken from them. listening to this makes me cry for the times that the land was treated and cared for by people who knew the earth as a mother and not as something to be raped and plundered . If there is such a thing as coming back to earth after death, there is nothing i would love more than be sitting on a horses back looking out over such beauty.This flute music opens my inner man to what life is all about THANK YOU.

Every life that was taken from their families makes me pause and think about the peaceful native Americans. What would life be like if they built a wall to keep us out. Our lands would not be stripped of its resources, we would learn to respect each other, our. lands would be abundant and provide every living thing with food and shelter, we would love one another, and give glory to our Lord.
