Ok 2nd guard on the left NOT doing his job. He obviously thinks that the white lines are there for the tourists to step over and get close to the horse for their precious pictures. He needs to be trained by any of the Female Guards who obviously have the balls to follow the rules and protect the horse. Shame on this Trooper.

I think that it’s confusing since some guards practice strict enforcement while others seem to not care as long as the horse is not touched! Why is there no consistency and who is responsible to oversee to it? And why did he wait so long to scare that poor lady half to death?
