Waterproofing under tiles, on a flat roof, with ISOFLEX PU500

ISOFLEX PU500 is an one-component, polyurethane, liquid membrane. Used for jointless and seamless waterproofing of flat roofs, forming a uniform, elastic, vapor-permeable sealing layer.
It is certified with the CE marking as a coating for surface protection of concrete, according to EN 1504-2.

after you broadcast the quartz sand, you use a polymer-modified tile adhesive to directly bond the tile to the surface without any mortar? -And, what kind of tiles can you use for this process? (porcelain, ceramic, stone?) -I have a concrete garage roof that I want to waterproof and finish with tiles to make it a functional patio area.

Is possible to do the work on hot sunny days?
What is the temperature that the surface area should have?
Can be applied in the early morning or is the moisture will affect the bonding?
Can this material be applied over aquapanel ( cement board) ?
