I recently tried horseback riding.

Definitely looking at making it a hobby. Even though 6 people laughed at me for trying.

It was the best, most enjoyable, and most funnest activity for me personally.

It also helped with taking my mind off of my dad's passing in August 2022 and my best friends that either moved already or are moving soon.

If I could narrow down the list for myself, I'd choose from these ones:

I also like the idea of choosing 1 and doing it for a month cause I get easily overwhelmed by a long list of things!

Can confirm: speed cubing is a good hobby to pick up! I used Jperm's videos and advice from a friend to really get started, and while I'm not super good and haven't practiced in a while, it's a ton of fun! Great for mini-breaks while studying too :)

Hi I just discovered this channel. I showed this video in one of my English classes. We read a story about finding new hobbies and this was our final lesson where I asked them to watch and then pick 3 they would like to try. It was received very well, although the soccer part confused them because I am British. I also recommended your channel to all the students to encourage them to try new things, as I saw some of your other videos and they are really interesting and encouraging.

Irish dancing (awesome fun and great exercise btw), ice skating (expensive but super fun), ballet, cross stitch, embroidery, lace making, gymnastics, roller skating, book making, Irish drums, graphic design, website building, Irish drums, violin, harp, calligraphy, cooking cello, flute, tongue drum…and many more instruments.
