Movement concepts

Application for this year's camp: (we are at the end of registration...)

Some beautiful moments that appeared in last year's camp through the practice....

* Isolation as a tool to attack weak links in the chain - great, but the other side of the coin: we are now fragmented in our attempt to MOVE. Our body, intention, voice, breath, input and output should be thrown back into the crucible of a unified body in motion.

* We often think of certain postures as tangible cause we codified them but forget that all snapshots of a moving body can be explored and treated similarly. Don't just let tradition dictate your focus and interest. You make your own Asanas.

* Creating cultural context for study, practice, evolution and... being is no less important than the movement practice itself. Movement cannot be separated from this context.

I think this was addressed perviously but will you be creating any more content for distance learning? I know you offer online coaching but would you consider creating nutritional plans, lifestyle improvements, some basic stand alone mobility, strength, rhythmic training, etc... I think for those of us that are interested in certain aspects of the Ido Portal Method it would greatly benefit our practice. Hope to train with you one day!

Hey Ido, I just found your stuff and I was wondering how much is it for online coaching, I want to get into the MMA life style and I believe your style of movement is unmatched! PS: שלום from a fellow Israeli!

I respect Ido a lot, but as an ignorant man who knows nothing about what I am seeing, my first impression upon seeing this video is that it's bordering on being some sort of weird performance art. No offense intended, although people will likely be offended. Peace out!
