If company doesn't have any such policy, can employee directly open a retirement plan policy with LIC or any other service providers and claim under Superannuation exception under IT returns 10(13)

ഞാൻ ഒരു private company ൽ വർക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്നു 8 വർഷമായി Lic യുടെ Superannuation തുടർന്ന് പോകുന്നു. 2500/- കട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്. എന്റെ Age 34. ഇത് തുടർന്ന് പോകുന്നത് നല്ലതാണോ? കുറച്ച് employees ഇത് പിൻവലിച്ചു. Cut ചെയ്യുന്ന Amount salary ൽ കൂട്ടി കിട്ടും.Pension എത്ര കിട്ടാൻ സാധ്യതയുണ്ടാകും.
